Why it matters
A smooth process is essential for an enjoyable building project.
We make good communication a priority, so you feel up to date and informed on your project. We follow a six-step process on all our projects, so clients know where they are at and what to expect.

We discuss your requirements over email or phone, and then arrange a suitable time to make a site visit.

At the site visit we will talk through the design and specifications of the project.

Once we have a design and specifications in place, CRB will create a detailed Scope of Works that outlines all tasks to be undertaken. Based off this, we will also provide a quote.

Once the quote is accepted, we will create a Master Builders contract to suit the project, and a timeline Gantt chart for the carpentry, trades and services. The timeline will outline a flow path for the project and indicative start to finish dates.

We manage CRB-supplied trades and materials, the on-site carpentry, health and safety, client expectations, and on-site inspections and quality control throughout.

Upon completion, we will provide all necessary documentation for CRB-supplied trades, materials and carpentry. We can also help with the CCC process.
